Confucius Classrooms are local hubs that stimulate and support the innovative teaching and learning of Chinese language and culture. They are cooperative projects between an existing Confucius Institute and local educational institutions based on their common goal of enhancing intercultural understanding. By nature, the Confucius Classroom is a branch of the Confucius Institute and they carry out the same mission.
Confucius Institute at NC State has 4 Confucius Classrooms at:
- Central Carolina Community College (CCCC)
- Enloe High School
- Saint Augustine’s University
- Concord High School
